The School Leaders’ Lab© provides leaders with a formula for success! The School Leaders’ Lab© consists of highly customized leadership coaching.
At DDE, our goal is to build leadership capacity through the following leadership practices:
- 1:1 Leadership Coaching – Virtual Sessions
- One day onsite or Virtual Classroom Observation Sessions
- Each participant will take the School Leaders’ Inventory© with follow up data analysis
- Develop and articulate an ambitious vision for instruction
- Observe, evaluate and provide effective feedback
- Form strong teacher and leadership teams
- Learn applicable organizational and time-management skills
