What is the Success Alliance?
Well, let's start by telling you what it's not. It's not a "cookie-cutter" or "one size fits all" group where there's a scripted program that every participant must follow.
The Success Alliance is a combination of leadership development, confidential community building combined with authentic relationships.
Who should apply to become a member of the Success Alliance?
School leaders in private, charter, public, parochial K-12 schools. Success Alliance is tailored to building level administrators only. Since the Success Alliance is online we are not limited to participants who only reside in the United States. The Success Alliance welcomes school leaders from across the globe.
What is the size of the Success Alliance?
The School Leaders' Success Alliance will have a maximum of 20 participants.
What topics are discussed in the Success Alliance?
We will focus heavily on leadership and education. However, Dr. Deana knows that school leaders have lives and responsibilities outside of their role as leaders. Therefore, she understands that there will be times that discussions will arise related to balancing the "two worlds."
At times, we will discuss the specific needs of the members of the Success Alliance and offer support to that individual. This is a key component to building authentic relationships and and a confidential community.
How long does the Success Alliance last?
As long as you need but Dr. Deana asks that all new members stay with the group for at least 3 months. This gives you an opportunity to build relationships with other members and potentially see results on the support you will receive from being a member.
What is the application process?
Dr. Deana personally reviews each application to determine if the applicant is the right fit for the School Leaders' Success Alliance.
